41 weeks and a day

Tuesday, August 8th, 2006. A day that will live in infamy.

With sincere apologies to FDR, this was the morning that the doctor had set up an infant induction for Meg. Now, an induction is better than an abduction, but Meg and I felt like we weren't quite ready to force Samardzija out quite yet. After a lot of deliberating, we decided to wait just a couple more days.
